Fidelis is joint data controller together with the social media provider for the processing of personal data in connection with visits to our social media page and our website. This means, i.a., that you can contact both Fidelis and the social media provider if you wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR. LinkedIn has primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with the GDPR and for responding to requests to exercise data subjects’ rights. If you have a LinkedIn profile, you can exercise your rights through your account settings.<\/p>
